Cremas Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Ever wondered how to make the perfect cold foam for your iced coffee? Today, I'm excited to share my recipe for Cremas Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam, made with our signature PS creamer and/or PS cremas, Haitian style!
The key to achieving a proper froth is using cold milk. Here’s what you’ll need:
3 tablespoons evaporated milk, cold
2 tablespoons Cremas Absalon Pumpkin Spice or PS Cremas
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Oat milk or milk of choice
Coffee, chilled
Ice
In a small glass, combine the milk, creamer, and vanilla extract. Using a frother, froth for 10 seconds until the milk is light and fluffy. Set aside.
Add ice, coffee, and oat milk to a separate glass.
Pour the cold foam over your iced coffee.
Stir to incorporate the cold foam into the coffee.
