Pistachio Cremas Espresso Martini

Matcha and coffee are my top two beverages, but espresso is unbeatable. A small cup filled with that dark liquid crowned with frothy crema is one of those self-indulgent moments.
Like all good things, I wanted to pair my favorite thing with the limited-edition Pistachio Cremas. What came out was a smooth and well-balanced espresso martini. Feel free to substitute rum if you aren't a vodka drinker.

Pistachio Espresso Martini
Makes 1 serving

1oz vodka
1/2oz simple syrup
1oz Kahula
1/2oz hazelnut liqueur
1 1/2oz Cremas Absalon Pistachio Cremas
1oz espresso
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 5 seconds then pour into a martini glass.
