Pistachio Cremas Nutcracker

Last year, I debuted a limited-edition pistachio cremas flavor. To be honest, this flavor was not new to me. A wedding client requested this flavor for her wedding years ago, and one of her guests reached out, interested in purchasing this in a regular 750 ml bottle.

After some debate, I decided to release the flavor for everyone to enjoy, especially for the holidays. Not only did I want to launch this flavor, but also drop some cocktail gems. This is the first of three Cremas Absalon Pistachio Cremas cocktail posts. And they will not disappoint.

Pistachio Cremas Nutcracker

Makes 1 serving

1oz vodka

1oz simple syrup

2oz Pistachio Cremas Absalon

1 1/2oz milk of your choice

3/4oz hazelnut liqueur

dash of vanilla extract

Ice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 5 seconds then pour into a glass cup.
